SENIOR RECRUITMENT ADVISOR - CENTRAL LONDON - COMMERCIAL SECTOR - £40K

SENIOR RECRUITMENT ADVISOR - GERMAN SPEAKING - £10K BONUS


Our client, an award winning global technology business, is looking to hire a number of Recruitment roles into their teams.

They are looking for candidates with experience in the recruitment arena, either from agency or in-house to join their growing teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Full cycle recruitment including: Talent attraction, Sourcing, Briefing hiring managers, Selection & Assessment - CV Screening and Interviews
  • Management of stakeholder relationships with different line managers, HR and department heads
  • Managing third party suppliers where necessary
  • Advising and challenging the business on best practice
  • Generation of data through ATS or CRM system
  • Constantly meeting all SLAs and KPIs

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluency in English & German Languages is essential
  • You will need recruitment expertise across the hiring process including sourcing, selecting and interviewing
  • Previous recruitment experience gained within agency/in-house / RPO
  • Proven stakeholder management and engagement skills
