Graduate Property Recruitment Consultant | £20,000 + Commission

Vine Graduate, the UK's leading graduate recruitment to recruitment company, have partnered with a global property recruitment business and are exclusively on the hunt on their behalf for 2 superstar recent graduates!

Role & Opportunity:

Embarking on what is likely to be your first job after university, you will have exciting exposure to the mechanics of business. Beginning your recruitment career, you will be researching the candidate market you specialise in and resourcing strong candidates that fit the criteria given by your clients. You will be shadowing a consultant on client meetings, learning about the culture and environment of your clients and understanding their requirements before you launch your candidate generation campaign through social media, advertising and networking. Once the core understanding is in place, within 3-6 months you will experience a promotion, whereby you will be given the remit to win your own clients, manage client relationships and close your own deals. You will be heavily invested in, your development is the priority and you will receive expert advice and coaching to ensure your potential is reached.

With the global reach, the company holds a prestigious reputation in the white collar property markets and is the 'go to' recruitment partner for leading consultancies and real estate firms. Clients include Deloitte Real Estate, Savills, Knight Frank and more, the business also holds a strong relationship with RICS, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

The Individual:

  • A university graduate possessing or due to expect a 2:1 (in absolutely exceptional circumstances we will consider a 2:2)
  • Prior work/employment experience, before, during or after university preferably in a target driven culture
  • Competitive attitude, background in sports or competition will be desirable

The Process:

With a start date of early July, the process is fluid and efficient.

  1. CV assessment, if successful you will receive a call within 24 hours of submission
  2. Short telephone interview, based around motivations and career aspirations
  3. Face to face interview with Vine at earlist convenience
  4. Assessment centre with the client hosted by Vine Graduate
  5. Final face to face interview with the client
