Working within this fast-paced environment you will recruit for a variety of reputable businesses ranging from small starter companies, to large, international, “blue chips” who’s names you’ll already be familiar. We want someone bright and engaging to represent and develop our company brand as an authentic, relationship driven recruitment company.

Key aspects of this role:

The role will include identifying experienced candidates by means of using our existing network of talents connections, job boards, LinkedIn as well as your own networking. This is very much a client/ customer facing role and you will meet candidates and clients in person, something we passionately believe in to create long lasting relationships.

Our ideal candidate:

·Confident; we can teach recruitment, but you need self-belief if you’re going to become a top recruiter

·Pro-active and naturally inquisitive

·Emotional intelligence

·Someone with a ‘killer instinct’

·Previous experience in the commercial world, though not necessarily recruitment and could be during a university internship/ sandwich year in industry.

We are currently based in Leeds City Centre, but to support our continued growth, we’ve secured a new, larger office space on the outskirts of the city, with very easy reach of the M62 and A1M motorways, which we will move into in early 2019. You’ll have free parking which will save you a small fortune, and a safe and fun environment for you to excel in. You will require use of your own car to meet your clients and candidates on a regular basis.
