I am currently seeking an experienced/junior Recruitment consultant to join one of London’s leading FinTech recruiters.
Formed in 2008 the business has gone from strength to strength over the past 8 years, opening offices in both New York and Singapore the business has a true global presence, predominately placing senior sales professionals within the FinTech space their average fee is around £15k!
With 20 people in their London office they have a real family feel to the business, often socialising out together in the local bars/pubs, everyone gets on well! The expectations are high but consultants are treated like adults. No ridiculous KPIs, just high achiever’s!
With the FinTech market growing at such a rapid rate it has inevitably created a talent shortage in market and the need for good recruiters is only getting more important! The role itself will involve a lot of time both in and out of the office with the market being on London’s doorstep, you will be out meeting candidates and clients regularly and building a strong network in the process.
