Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services

The job as a Recruiter is initially tough, you will spend a lot of time on the phone, speaking to candidates and clients and building up a network within a set discipline of FS. Once you have established a portfolio of clients, you job will be to find the top talent for their roles, you will use methods such as headhunting, attending networking events and marketing out vacancies through social media.
Working in Recruitment can be highly rewarding, the business offers an uncapped commission structure and entry-level candidates average £35,000 earnings in their first year within the business. The business also has monthly lunch clubs, quarterly holiday incentives and music playing around the office daily.
The business is young, vibrant and very ambitious, with a very active social scene the teams are often seen out socialising in the local bars/pubs in the heart of the city. Music playing in the office it is a fun place to work! It is very much a work hard play hard environment.
You will start as an associate working solely on candidates initially, once you have passed their 12-week academy you will then be given the chance to move client side also (360). Once you move into a 360 capacity you will be set clear targets and given the chance to move into management/director’s position within 5 years.
What are they looking for?
If you have recently graduated or due to graduate with a 2:1 or above then I’m interested in speaking with you, previous experience playing in a sports team will also be beneficial. Will consider non grads with sales experience.
