Vine are looking to grow our team by hiring an ambitious, commercially minded and financially motivated graduate to join the Vine Graduate division initially as a Resourcer, progressing into a Consultant's role.

What is Recruitment?

Recruitment is a dynamic business to business sales job, where people are your product. You will be expected to take a consultative approach from a strategic level whereby the candidates you are placing have an influence on the performance of a business. Initially you will be learning your market and the recruitment role with training and support to aid this. Later down the line you will become an expert in your market.

What is Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec to Rec)?

It sounds like the most bizarre industry - recruiting recruitment consultants. Surely recruitment companies can find their own consultants?!

Recruitment consultancies tend to be incredibly busy places with consultants focussing more on filling their client's vacancies rather than their own. As a Rec2Rec Vine Graduate are able to use proactive techniques to find the very best graduate candidates to fill recruitment vacancies.

What will I do?

As a graduate recruitment consultant with Vine you can expect to do the following:

Client Meetings/Pitching/Business Development/Negotiation/Headhunting/Networking/Composing Job Adverts/Candidate Coaching/Interviewing/Attending University Careers Fairs/Sourcing candidates.
