We are looking for an ambitious and proactive experienced Sales Manager to join our busy and thriving Sales Teams.

This pressured and demanding role will require a full understanding of all areas of the department and therefore experience within prestige New and Used Car Sales is essential. You will be able to demonstrate proven success in management and your leadership and communication skills will need to be exceptional. A positive hands-on approach to the role is vital for growing the capability of our Sales Teams, as well as the ability to lead and motivate, in order to achieve outstanding results.

Head of Sales - You will also be expected to support the Brand Director and Heads of Business in planning, organising, training and directing the activities of the Sales Departments and measuring performance of the team. This high calibre professional needs to be the driving force within the department and lead by example for the Sales Teams in both leadership and sales management activities.
