One of the most respected, privately owned businesses looking to appoint a divisional lead for their FM division.

Whilst the business is well established and has a tremendous client base it’s FM division requires someone who can help grow it and drive it forward. Initially you will take the lead of a small team, get a feel for the strengths and pedigree the business already has and then develop a steady business plan that will offer progression to those within the team and progress the department in a professional and structured path.

This role would suit either a proven FM manager who has sound client and sector awareness and management experience. Or you may already be an Associate Director and looking to develop your own business unit with your own signature and style. My client is an ambitious business but aren’t looking for overnight success. They want values, good team ethics and for someone to build on their solid foundations.

This is quite a rare opportunity in that it offers someone the chance to take a small team in a solid business and layout your own vision and career path.
