My client is a market leading Public Sector recruitment business enjoying considerable success built upon established relationships and longevity. The primary focus of the business has been within Finance Recruitment, but this has branched out to include HR more recently. They are established within the Interim space, but now wish to hire an experienced individual to build the Perm side of the HR business. The contact base of my client is very warm, so this is far from a cold start.

This is a unique opportunity due to the calibre of my clients business. They have enjoyed virtually zero staff turnover in the last 10 years, which is testament to the quality of the environment on offer here. Rarely do I see a Recruitment company that genuinely stands out from the crowd, but this one does.

My client is looking either for an experienced Public Sector recruiter who would be interested in building a Perm HR business, or an experienced HR recruiter who would build the business within the Public Sector.

Salary on offer is between £45-65k with a very generous zero threshold commission scheme. Scope to progress to Director level role also exists.
