A "pure play" accountancy & finance recruitment brand in London currently seek an experienced temp, contract or interim finance Recruiter to lead their interims division, taking over an existing client portfolio and management responsibility - this is a truly unique opportunity to progress your career on your terms, without feeling like you are starting all over again! 

Founded by extremely experienced and hands on Directors with a passion for delivering high touch and fully consultative recruitment solutions to the accountancy & finance industry, from the outset this business have set out to be an alternative to the typical corporate offering - for clients, candidates and Recruiters alike. Taking over an established desk focused on media & consumer brands that has been built by the Founding Director, you will be responsible for all qualified and senior finance contract and interim requirements from £300 per day rates. With access to an established client portfolio and leverage all perm relationships, not only will you capitalize on their exclusive and retained only agreements, you will also have the use of their bespoke candidate matching system, resulting in converting higher ratios of placements - this is such a unique opportunity to significantly increase your earnings as well as completely transform your working day!

Joining this team of 10 specialist Recruiters, you will have immediate responsibility over two established temp Consultants placing into C&I and NFP clients across London. Reporting directly to the MD, you will have a fantastic opportunity to get 1 to 1 mentorship from a proven leader with ambition to grow this business by opening a regional office in the next 2 - 3 years...so they really need somebody who can take the step into Directorship in a similar time-frame. 

While this team are no-nonsense when it comes to offering a professional and collaborative service to their clients, it's not all work and no play. The team work in a fun and flexible environment where KPIs have no place and good work is highly rewarded. Consultants at all levels here are made to feel valued, invested in and recognized.

  • Basic salary to £60,000
  • Guarantee for proven billers

  • Commission 25% - 40%

  • Early finish Fridays
  • Annual personal training budget 
  • Paid sabbatical after 4 years of service
  • Monthly team social events 
  • Quarterly team building days
