No Desire To Retire (NDTR) has a simple mission: to help older workers get back to work, bringing a wealth of experience to employers looking to hire a multigenerational workforce. With an existing membership of over 25,000 and over 300 employer relationships, NDTR is ready to scale.  We are now at a flex point in our growth, having just raised substantial angel finance, we are about to embark on a rebranding and expansion of what we offer and to diversify revenue streams. 

We have worked hard over the last two years to get us ready for this moment and it is an exciting time to be joining the company.

The Role:

We are looking to bring on a Head of Recruitment to establish our recruitment agency function plus grow and lead the recruitment team and drive the business with their vision and direction.

We are searching for an individual who has an Agency experience and in-depth knowledge of the recruitment industry plus an interest in getting older workers back into the workforce and who is passionate about building the brand.  They will work with the CEO to deliver the joint strategic plan.  They will have autonomy to build an amazing team to support them.  We will also consider applications from a 2 or 3 person team.

Competitive package including uncapped commissions and opportunity for options in company.

This will be amazing opportunity for: experienced recruitment professionals, previous or current owners of small to medium recruitment businesses who are looking for a different challenge or start up experts in the recruitment space.

Required Skills and Experience:

·         10+ years work experience

·         Recruitment industry experience

·         Contract and Perm delivery experience

·         Team Management & Development

·         Billing management

·         Excellent organisation and communication skills

·         Entrepreneurial, self-motivator, with experience in building out and managing multi- sector teams


Desired Skills and Experience:

·         An understanding and familiarity of the multi-generation workforce proposition

·         Public and Private sector recruitment experience

·         Experience managing technical and  non-technical teams requirements

·         Job-board and data base development & management

·         Framework and PSL delivery experience
