Head of Technical Talent Acquisition

Our client, a leading tech brand, are looking for a digital recruitment expert to spearhead the attraction and on boarding of top technical talent.

In your role as Head of Tech Recruitment, you will work collaboratively with the Head of Recruitment but largely autonomously to lead your team and area. You will take charge of developing and improve the way digital talent is attracted for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to fully understand the direction and fundamentals of all digital roles throughout the company.
  • Design and innovate new and effective ways to attract talent and successfully engage with passive candidates.
  • Push boundaries, challenge and develop the current recruitment process whilst maintaining levels of quality.
  • Lead a mid-sized team, to contribute to the creation of a highly successful function.

Required Experience:

  • Extensive in house recruitment experience with a digital and technical focus
  • Curious, creative and innovative thinker with a demonstrable passion for the digital space
  • Ability to design attraction campaigns through multiple channels targeting Digital Talent
  • Sound understanding of Workday systems
