A well known, high- street law firm located in Middlesex, West London are now seeking a housing paralegal to join their team.

A training contract is offered to the right candidate after a probationary 6 - 12 month period as working as a paralegal.

You will work alongside a Senior Solicitor advising and assisting vulnerable individuals from the local area.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • advise and assist tenants who are subject to possession proceedings or eviction
  • advise and assist homeless applicants or those threatened with homelessness,
  • advise and assist clients whose home is in a state of disrepair or presents a serious risk to their health and safety.
  • advise and assist clients who need protection from harassment by a neighbour/landlord or have been unlawfully evicted.
  • advise and assist clients whose landlord or Local Authority is applying for a civil injunction, Community Protection Notice (CPN) or Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) for anti-social behaviour.

As the right candidate you will have attained a 2:2 degree and completed an LPC qualification. Previous experience working as a housing paralegal is essential for the role.
