The opportunity:

 

Due to continuous improvement we are seeking a multi-talented HR Hub manager who has the drive to be part of this change as the function evolves. 

 

You will work as part of our collaborative HR team, primarily based in Birmingham with occasional travel to our other national locations.

 

In addition to being an experienced people manager, you will have sound HR generalist knowledge and will have significant experience in providing a high quality internal recruitment service.

 

This opportunity will suit you if you:

 

  • Have proven experience of delivering a successful internal recruitment service ideally in a professional services environment

  • Are adept at managing and developing a team of fellow professionals

  • Have sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and best practice

  • Flourish in a fast paced, responsive working environment
