§The successful applicant is likely to be an experienced Business Developer with an extensive successful track record in winning contract and permanent recruitment business with high growth start-ups to corporate enterprises
§The role will involve appointment making and telephone work to develop your clients, however the company expect the incumbent to be client facing regularly to build up commitment and win business face to face
§You will be ambitious, looking for an opportunity as much as a new role and this business is KPI free, with a flexible, mature approach to the role and with a management team that has a track record in building successful organisations
§Entrepreneurial spirit - They will back this role to grow a team quickly, but you need to be using the tools at your disposal to leverage business from other areas
