My client is a highly successful recruitment business who have been awarded a listing on the Virgin FastTrack 100 and several placements on The Recruiter Hot 100 as well as being nominated for and won countless business and recruitment-related awards.

They have doubled in size over the last eighteen months and are constantly looking for new talent to keep the business driving forward. They have offices in London, Manchester and Bristol as well as the US, Germany and Holland. They have a team of internal recruiters who are tasked with getting this talent into the business and are looking for a someone to join the team. 


This role will ideally suit someone with 9 months plus recruitment experience who doesn't want to do any business development. The most important attribute for this role is enthusiasm. You need to be good on the phone and able to put across your personality. 

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant you will be sourcing and placing graduates and sales professionals into Trainee Recruitment Consultant vacancies across London, Bristol, Manchester and Wilmslow. You will also be tasked with finding Finance, Legal and Admin staff when required. You will arrange and conduct telephone interviews with shortlisted candidates and will continue to manage them throughout the latter stages of the interview process. This is an ideal role for someone who has 1 - 2 years agency-side recruitment experience and would like to make the move into Internal Recruitment. The majority of the role will be telephone based as you will primarily be screening and interviewing candidates on the phone. However, there is scope for some face to face contact as you will also act as a company liaison for Universities Careers Services and attend assessment centres and jobs fairs.

For this role, ideal candidates will have some recruitment and cold calling experience, and will ideally come from a sales background. Experience sourcing and placing graduate level candidates will be a bonus, but is not essential for you to succeed in this role. We will consider candidates from any recruitment sector.
