Operating across the Real Estate, Facilities, Placemaking and Airport Management sectors delivering permanent contingency and retained work, (including Search), we have successfully completed instruction for high profile clients across over 20 countries. With multiple languages and nationalities represented in the business, we are truly international. Having achieved upwards of 20% sales growth in 2018, we are hugely excited about the future opportunities for the business.
Our entrepreneurial spirit, dedication to service excellence, talented team and clarity of focus within core markets has resulted in us establishing an array of outstanding repeat business relationships. Alongside this recurring success, our new client exposure continues to grow, and this is particularly so across our London office from where we cover the European markets. We are very active in Iberia, Germany, Nordics, The Netherlands and certain CEE markets, serviced from our operation in Poland.
In response to this exciting growth in client exposure, along with our intention to launch further overseas offices over the next 3 years, we are seeking to appoint an accomplished recruitment Director to lead the existing team as we add headcount in order to aggressively grow our London and international markets.
The high performing London team is already well structured, extensively trained and currently led by a longstanding and extremely accomplished Director, who is moving internally to another equally integral role.
Reporting directly to our 2 Founders, this extensive, pivotal role will include responsibility for the delivery of the strategic plan for the London business; delivery of on target fee income and profitability; Consultant hiring, training, development and management; Board level contribution to companywide strategy; exploration of international markets; international conference representation and extensive client facing interactions.
Whilst we are open to applicants from both inside and outside of our core markets, its essential that you bring excellent organisational and team management skills, developed within a senior management/leadership recruitment role. You must be able to demonstrate your experience of creating and maintaining a winning culture alongside the development of talent under your management. You are going to need to be creative, entrepreneurial, driven and crucially, eager to be part of a business that’s not short of appetite for success!
