My client is a leading Search and Selection business with both a Search and Interim Management function. They have several practices in their Private Sector offering, and are looking to expand their reach in all their established markets. They have a lot of strong house accounts, but are also looking to grow new business in each of their functional offerings. Broadly they functionally cover HR, CFO, IT, Change and Procurement.
They are seeking an established IT/CIO search recruiter to continue to grow their offering in this space. They cover roles from £100k upwards in the CIO/IT Director space and adopt a retained search approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Recruiter/Manager/Direcotr to move into an established Search and Selection firm in the search space and continue to build and develop their career. Salary will not be the limiting factor, however it is envisaged the role will pay a base of up to £100k depending on previous experience and contacts.
