My client is an establishedrecruitment group based globally with significant operations in Asia and India.
One of their subsidiaries delivers IT contracts into the Globalmarket covering front, middle and back office. The delivery team sits in Mumbai and is an established,secure and successful unit that has met with considerable success especially into the Asian market.
The business is looking to develop its presence in the UK market where it already has an established base. They are looking to hire an experienced Sales Director who can develop relationships in the UK market focussing on the London and SE region primarily. The role will be to build on the groups client base and generate pipeline for the delivery team in Mumbai. In addition this role will have an over arching mentoring responsibility for the leadership in Mumbai to ensure successful delivery into the UK market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in a Recruitment sales role in the IT space, ideally within, although this is not essential. In addition an understanding of the challenges presented delivering from a Mumbai base is required.
This role could easily offer progression into an Operating Director or Managing Director level role in the future as the business in the UK builds. Initially base salary on offer will be in the region of- depending on experience, with a generous commission and bonus package on top. Their is also potential for an equity participation.
