The role: Leveraging off the company’s excellent reputation and using your business development skills in a dual desking environment which enables you to sell contract and permanent recruitment solutions to clients across London and the rest of the UK. This is a business development focussed role with the support of an experienced resourcing team.
The company: Owned and run by highly experienced recruitment consultants, this is a privately owned IT recruitment consultancy which offers it’s IT recruitment consultants every tool they need to succeed. There is a solid infrastructure including a resourcing function ensuring delivery of high quality, qualified candidates and a supportive, fun and friendly environment.
The candidate: Ideally you will have a minimum of two years’ experience as an IT recruitment consultant with exposure to either the contract or permanent recruitment markets. Fully adept at business development, you will be an ambitious and driven recruitment consultant looking to work for a professional yet down to earth company where you can earn an excellent package and potentially gain equity in the company.
The package: The base salary is negotiable, there is a guarantee available, a personal commission structure with no thresholds, equity potential and company trips for high performers.
