Skills: 12 months plus experienced required- ideally in technology but open to an specialist market

Salary: negotiable dependent on experience. £25k-28k (12 months experience). £30k-50k for more experienced hired. Excellent commission structure plus annual bonus plus share options.

Our client operates a very sophisticated recruitment model. They have an advisory part to their business that advises companies on how to improve the technology offering. This allows our client to get their foot in the door with companies rather than through traditional methods i.e cold calling. Once they have their foot through the door, our client can offer their recruitment services too.
They were established in 2015 and already have 8 people including 3 industry heavy weights. They are cash rich and looking to grow. You will be one of the first people in the business and have an opportunity to become an integral part of the operating meaning early management opportunities and shares.
They aim to be 50 people within the next 3 years and after that global expansion before exercising an MBO or sell. This therefore is a huge opportunity for someone who wants to reach the next level of earnings.
What are they looking for?
Our client is looking for entrepreneurial and money motivated individuals to help build a recruitment leader in the digital sector over the next 3 years. They are looking for recruitment consultant who is fed up of being another number and wants a more mature environment with a high level of autonomy.
You will be client facing and exceptionally confident. This sector requires a lot of client meetings and social networking.
You will ideally have some form of technology recruitment experience although experience in any specialist recruitment market will be fine.
