Learning and Development Consultant - Maternity Cover

Start Date: August or October 2017

Are you experienced within recruitment but now on the search for a new challenge? If you're looking for the chance to pass on your skills to the future sales generation then we have the job for you.

We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is passionate and enthusiastic to join our global Learning and Development Team in our brand new Reading HQ. This is an exciting opportunity to gain training experience and play an important role in our business.

What you'll be doing:

As a Learning and Development Consultant you will be responsible for providing AF Coaching to our Recruitment Consultants. Our training programmes are a blended mix of theory and practical activities and we take the time to identify how our people learn best. Your days will be varied with no two days being the same in the life of a Learning and Development Consultant.

What's in it for you:

  • This position is a great chance for you to build on your knowledge and develop your skills as we help you to be the very best at what you do.
  • As an L&D Consultant you have the rewarding job of helping our consultants reach their goals and build successful careers with us.
  • We're proud to say we were recently named the No.1 small recruitment company to work for in the UK and believe this is in part down to our culture - our environment is encouraging, nurturing and most importantly, FUN.
  • The opportunity to be part of a passionate, dedicated, global L&D Team in a growing company.

If you're an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to gain experience within training, apply today to find out more.
