So what will it take?

This role sounds amazing right? But there is a catch! You must be a hard-working Recruiter that cares about getting the details right and has a genuine interest in the world of IT. You must also be someone that can work with speed to keep these major clients happy - the reason this company are able to enjoy full margins and exclusivity is due to their elite status and capability to fill roles rapidly with high quality candidates - in fact their reputation is so strong that most clients simply start each Contractor on recommendation. So to join this team you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Existing experience in IT (Preferably SAP recruitment) - minimum 12 months
  • Knowledge or interest in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience of managing contractors
  • Ability to work with speed
