My client is an established and prestigious Scientific recruitment company with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical sector. The business has an outstanding brand, and is backed by a household name business, giving it huge amounts of kudos and credibility. The business has founded itself on results enjoying 30% year on year growth and has built an enviable client base. Although based in Essex, the environment is extremely professional and mirrors that of any city based business. Indeed this opportunity may well appeal to an individual looking to commute to Essex rather than the city for a better quality of life, without compromising career.

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager to run one of the permanent teams- notably a Pharmaceutical team focussing on Biological drug supply chain. This goes from research to end product. Experience in this or a related sector is not important, but a background in professional recruitment, ideally dealing with larger organisations would be ideal. You either need to be an experienced manager, or an aspiring Senior Consultant with some management experience, my client could accommodate either into their structure.

Currently there is a team of 5 and an established client base with a solid trading record. The manager will look to drive the business forward and develop the existing team within their markets. This will undoubtedly lead to further opportunities in a dynamic growing business.

Culturally the environment is outstanding. Comfortable offices with a modern twist and a grown up culture. There is a strong sense of team, and personal development is encouraged.

This is an outstanding opportunity and not one to be missed. This is a business that is going places....
