My client is a global leader in Recruitment. They have an established and market leading retail recruitment business in the UK covering Retail Operations, Buying and Merchandising, Design, Head Office and Senior Appointments. The business covers both permanent and interim roles. The business is going from strength to strength and strong performance has created the need to hire an additional manager for one of the teams. This hire is rare as usually people are promoted internally, but growth has meant that this opportunity is available to the external market.
The role will offer the opportunity for quick progression to a Director level role covering multiple teams. You will need to have experience either as a Senior Consultant or as a Team Leader and be ready for the next step in your career. An established manager would also be considered for a more senior version of this role. The team is high performing, and you will be in a billing manager position, with the majority of your team billing in excess of £200k pa.
A good salary of between £50-60k is envisaged with a potential earnings package of c.£85k being wholly realistic as a starting point.
