About the role
Our client is searching for motivated and engaging Recruitment Consultant Manager who would oversee a small team of 6 Business Recruitment Consultants. The role would be 100% service delivery with no obligation to develop new business. You would be required to ensure the smooth operating of your team to ensure that their meet the requirement of the clients regarding temporary and permanent recruitment. The Recruitment Consultant will hold ultimate responsibility for the motivation, training, success of the team and ensuring that they deliver a high standard of service.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of recruitment experience. You will be presentable, preferably with some managerial experience and effective communication skills. You will be confidence with the ability and the desire to develop and build your team.
