My client is a long established mid tier Change and SAP/ERP recruitment consultancy. They conduct business internationally with 75% contract and 25% perm split. Their client base is largely blue chip and international and they work across Change Management and IT/SAP. They are not your typical high volume IT recruiter.

The business is on a steady growth curve and is seeking an individual to join as MD. This role will report to the CEO but will have significant autonomy to run the business. You will need to be a SALES ORIENTATED LEADER, who is good with people. This is a settled business and my client is not looking for a "bull in a china shop". However you will be able to demonstrate a background driving growth and bringing about steady improvements to a business.

You will manage a team of 20, and will be looking to grow this in 3 years to 45/50 ,with the resultant growth in revenue and profit. This is an excellent opportunity for an established leader to enjoy significant rewards for their achievements by way of equity share. Experience in the sector is essential. . You may well be aspiring to an MD role or experienced at this level, however this role will require someone with significant energy levels to inspire and motivate those around them.
