My client is part of a respected group, with clear vision and a market leading proposition. Focussing activity primarily towards the Perm marketplace below the realms of Traditional search, covering salaries typically from £40-£100k in the Finance arena. A significant proportion of the work is completed on a retained basis, and the business has a very well networked senior C suite contact base.
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven recruitment manager to lead this team and drive forward significant growth. You must be willing to roll your sleeves up and lead from the front, but also have the capacity to strategically lead a larger business in the medium term. The brand has considerable resource at its disposal, and part of your role will be to ensure that the benefit of this is maximised by your team. You will have a clear track record of developing consultants, motivating teams and billings in your past.
Experience in Accountancy and Finance recruitment would be a distinct advantage but other relevant sectors would be considered for the right candidate. Going forward the role may well diversify into other sectors.
