My client is an highly respected and established Executive Search firm that is positioned as a key challenger brand to the major players. They have been investing heavily in technology and people as part of a 3 year plan to grow the business significantly. They have a peerless brand and have a respected team and prestigious client base.
They have recently launched their Interim Management practice as part of their growth plan. The practice focuses on assignments paying £700 pd upwards and has three core sectors- Financial Services, Manufacturing and Engineering and Retail/Consumer. These practice areas are supported by the existing search partners, and a strong pipeline of work exists.
My client is looking to hire several people in the coming year to join these practice areas, and be first in establishing the practice lines. Significant opportunity exists for early hires to benefit from the equity potential, and to drive significant billings in the first year taking advantage of the brand. Indeed full first year billings over £500k are easily achievable, and the potential earnings will be market leading.
If you currently are in a senior role (manager or Director level) recruiting or leading within a market sector such as Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Financial Services, Public Sector, Change /Transformation or similar field my client would like to talk. Early experience in a major brand such as Page Group, Robert Walters, Robert Half, Hays or similar would be an advantage, but you may well now be in a smaller or boutique firm. This represents a unique opportunity to join an established search brand and upskill in the interim market. The calibre of this opportunity should lead suitably motivated individuals to earn well in excess of £200k. Base salary on offer in the region of £80-100k depending on experience.
