This position will be based in the heart of Manchester city centre in brand new Grade A office space and one of the most impressive office blocks in the region.
You will be expected to work on a broad caseload that will include contentious & non-contentious matters such as; pension schemes (wind ups, mergers & changes), investment management agreements, TUPE issues, corporate support, pensions litigation & disputes, investment law, SIPP & SSAS set up and providing advice to individuals, trustee boards and large companies
This position will see you work closely with Senior Partners across the Employment team and be a figurehead of the niche pensions team. You will be guiding the growth of the team and working with other Partners to help recruit so there will be opportunity to quickly develop your career and move into Partnership & Head of Department role should you wish.
You will be part of a firm that operates as a business and not a law firm, so you won't be bogged down with targets and KPI's. You will however be given the opportunity to flourish and work in an environment that supports all staff with the tools they need to succeed. Salary levels will be based on experience and added value to the business however six-figure sums are easily achievable.
