We are searching for an experienced Billing Manager to join this established business in order to facilitate their growth plans across their permanent IT business.


Based in the Midlands, you will have initial responsibility for a 4 person team with the remit to grow this significantly over the coming 2-3 years. The current team is a mix of senior recruiters, junior recruiters and resourcers. It will be your job to ensure they're focused and performing to the best of their ability while also growing the team across technical verticals and account management.


Initially you will be expected to contribute with some personal billings while you form the best structure for the existing team. 

You will be client focused and be able to bring in business as well as manage and set clear objectives for your team, while continuing to grow and fine tune the individuals working for you.


There are huge growth opportunities with this position, and for the right individual, a seat on the board with equity also on offer. While there might be other Manager positions available, none are as good as this! This role is with a cash rich and very established business that will give you the freedom and support to grow and develop your own business.

 

Base + Car allowance + team profit share + individual bonus. Realistic first year OTE of £100k+
