A leading name in several areas of professional and advisory recruitment now seek a senior level recruiter with the passion, ability and ambition to lead a growing division focused on all areas of legal recruitment.

Based from this award-winning firm's stunning office space in central London you will be responsible for taking over an existing small team of Legal Recruiters with the remit to build it into a much larger business unit. With the full support of the board, a generous budget and a very attractive proposition in terms of recruiting team members this is a rare opportunity to take the lead role for legal while also joining a team of peers each leading their own professional unit.

From day one you will have access to wide portfolio of both practice and inhouse clients that have worked with this firm across multiple divisions for several years so this is by no means a start up, however it is a huge area of growth for this firm and will be a career making role for an ambitious Recruiter looking to move into a more senior leadership role.

You might be a Principal Consultant today looking to move up with a more gradual team expansion or an existing and proven Manager that can lead the development of this unit more rapidly. Most importantly you will be an expert in legal recruitment with a real commitment to providing a professional and quality based service.

For Principal, Managing Consultants or Managers with a proven track record in legal recruitment, the following rewards are available:

  • Salary £38,000 - £58,000
  • Commission - 25%
  • Quarterly Bonuses
  • Team Commission
  • Company profit share

  • Guaranteed commission for first six months
