Due to an internal move one of their most lucrative perm desks is now available and will allow you a period of a couple of months to enjoy a good handover with a Consultant who is relocating with the company. Your territory is very wide geographically and covers all legal roles from Newly Qualified up to Partner.

This firm have brilliant support in terms of tools, every Consultant has a cloud based desktop allowing them to work remotely or while mobile whenever needed. The brand name is strong and a long trading history means a strong candidate and client database is already in place.

The Founders of this firm seek an ambitious Recruiter (can be Senior, Principal, Managing Consultant or Associate Director level) who is not only capable of managing a professional desk (legal sector preference preferred although other professional sectors such as Finance, HR or Procurement will also be considered) but also willing to develop into a Manager role over time as this area of the business expands further. In a candidate short market  it is essential that you have proactive sourcing / headhunting skills and have a consultative and professional approach.

If you have a minimum of 12 months experience in recruitment you can expect to achieve:

  • Salary £30,000 - £45,000 
  • Personal commission 33% - 40%
