My client is a leading Search and Selection business with both a Search and Interim Management function. They have several practices in their Private Sector offering, and are looking to expand their reach in all their established markets. They have a lot of strong house accounts, but are also looking to grow new business in each of their functional offerings. Broadly they functionally cover HR, CFO, IT, Change and Procurement.
They are seeking an established Contract or Search Procurement recruiter to continue to grow their offering in this space. They cover roles from £500pd upwards to over £1500pd/Salaries over £100k, and adopt a consultative Interim Management/Search approach.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Recruiter/Manager/Director to move into an established Search and Selection firm in the Interim/Search space and continue to build and develop their career. Salary will not be the limiting factor, however it is envisaged the role will pay a base of circa £60-90k depending on previous experience and level.
