Established in 2016 as part of the Green Park family, Green Park People Solutions is a diversity orientated people consultancy and outsourced talent acquisition business which has experienced year on year growth. As a result of being awarded a number of new contracts we are looking to expand our team.
We are looking to hire a Project Resource Coordinator. This role will be responsible for looking after the on-boarding of new candidates, including management of the security clearances, compliance collection and contract management. The role will also involve face-to-face and telephone contact with the clients and candidates, issuing and producing ad hoc reports and be part of the wider function that deals with the co-ordination of an international supply chain.
Applicants must have demonstrable experience in a busy and fast paced environment, act calm and collected under pressure while also being able to work with pace and precision. Green Park People Solutions is also growing at a rapid pace and so it would suit applicants who have a lateral approach to problem solving and ability to adapt to change while also embracing process and structure. The role involves both independent and team working and would suit an individual who was looking for both career development and to accelerate their career in recruitment project management.
