Operating across the Real Estate, Facilities, Placemaking and Airport Management sectors delivering permanent contingency and retained work, (including Search), we have successfully completed instruction for high profile clients across over 20 countries. With multiple languages and nationalities represented in the business, we are truly international. Having achieved upwards of 20% sales growth in 2018, we are hugely excited about the future opportunities for the business.

Across our business this statement is particularly true for our London Real Estate activities which have always been the fundamental backbone to our company and from which much of what we have become, originated. Against this backdrop, in 2018 we saw a surge in London Real Estate instructions. In response to this exciting growth we are now seeking to appoint an accomplished Real Estate Team Leader / AD to lead and grow the existing team and widen our market share further still.
Our London Real Estate team is focused on working with investors, developers and funders. Our understanding for property as an asset class, aligned with our wealth of experience, extensive network and passionate approach, has enabled us to build a significant momentum in this market. We are delighted with the progress we have made but equally believe a lot more can still be achieved.
Reporting to our London Director this role will include responsibility for the delivery of the strategic plan for the London Real Estate business; delivery of on target fee income from the team; client development and management (existing and new); team development and management. At this senior level you will join our operational management team which means we will also expect you to input to the wider company strategy, both UK and internationally.
We are very interested to hear from highly motivated managers working within the sector, who feel they are ready to take on full responsibility for a high profile division within a motivated and collegiate environment that will support and encourage their future development. We will expect you to have a strong recruitment track record within your market, ideally at management level. That said, we have all the structure, support and experience required to develop you if you see this opportunity as your route into first time management.
To succeed you will need to be enormously driven, have a truly professional outlook and be extremely eager to be fast-tracked into a senior role with notable responsibility, within an agile business that’s not short of appetite for success!
