My client is a leading Interim Executive Recruiter with a strong brand name in this space. They have grown steadily and are now considered in the Top 3 players in this space. They are looking to hire a number of senior recruiters into their Team. Your background maybe from Interim Exec or perhaps from a traditional Contract recruitment role, where you are now looking to focus on more senior Exec work. This represents a real alternative to the more traditional team manager route often followed. and can be very lucrative. The opportunity to build a team and manage it in this arena also exists, albeit more specialist and senior by nature.
Specifically my client would like to hire individuals with a background in Public Sector Recruitment, either in Healthcare, NHS, Government, Social Housing or Education. however opportunities also exist in other fields such as Technology, Manufacturing, Digital, Financial Services and Business Services. In all cases you will be operating on a sector not skills specific focus.
Salaries will range between £40k (trainee level) and £90k depending on experience with a Six figure package on offer in all cases. The top end salary would require specific sector experience in Interim Exec. A mid level salary on 60k is representative of someone coming from a mainstream recruiter with relevant contract experience.
