A UK top 100 firm with offices established across the UK are looking to add further expertise to their Real Estate team based out of the London office.
They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal with a minimum 6 months experience in a similar role. You will have good technical knowledge of Real Estate as the core area of the role is development work for Housing Associations and private developers as well as wider aspects of project work. The role is progressive and the opportunity to handle your own caseload will be given quickly therefore, you must be able to 'hit the ground running' handling both shared ownership and outright sales matters.
You will have a minimum of a 2:1 degree in law or equivalent qualification, you will also have completed or be in the process of completing an LPC or CILEX.
Client care is of paramount importance therefore, you should be a confident communicator and keen to engage with individuals and clients with confidence and a professional and friendly manner. You must be approachable and confident in order to foster good relationships with existing clients and be keen in playing an active role in future business development. Experience of dealing with developers and/or housing associations both traditional RPs and 'for profit' providers will be strict advantage.
