A Receptionist is required to join a well-respected Legal 500 practice to join their South Buckinghamshire office.
Duties will include typing up correspondance, dealing with incoming telephone calls and taking messages, diary management, filing and other administrative tasks to contribute towards the smooth running of the front desk.
It is expected that you will have excellent organisational skills as well as strong IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft office. In addition to this you will have a friendly and personable nature with good communication skills in order to succeed at this role.
This would be the perfect role for a school or college leaver looking to get into working in a law firm. Previous secretarial/admin experience would be beneficial but not essential.
The firm will pay a salary around the £16,000-£17,000 mark to begin with which will be reviewed regularly and increase as your experience and knowledge grows. This will be part of a good overall benefits package.
