IN HOUSE RECRUITER - CORPORATE FUNCTIONS - HR/LEGAL/FINANCE

Our client, a UK Financial Services company, is looking for an in house recruiter to come and join them during an exciting period of growth!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with all hiring strategies
  • Source and recruit for a variety of positions across corporate functions
  • Utilise multiple platforms to identify and attract top talent
  • Develop relationships with hiring managers and Business Partners to understand current and future recruitment needs
  • Search for candidates nationally and internationally

Required Experience:

  • Proven delivery of 360-degree recruitment from in house or agency
  • Experience of recruiting a variety of roles in corporate functions
  • Passionate about recruitment
  • Experience delivering quality candidates at high volume
  • Understanding of Financial Services
  • Strong team work and multi-tasking
