Due to internal promotions and business growth, they are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join their well-established HR Department. You will primarily be working closely with the Recruitment Manager to drive forward the firm's recruitment strategy as well as supporting their recruiting and onboarding activities during this very busy expansion phase. You will also offer adhoc support to the wider HR team.
The Recruitment Administrator's responsibilities include scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database and handling paperwork. Ultimately, you'll help them hire efficiently and keep their hiring process running.
If you have some experience in recruiting and you're an excellent organizer and communicator, they'd like to meet you.
Their standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
