The Role & Company:
Due to the continued growth, our Client are looking to appoint this new position to support our HR team and Hiring Managers with the resourcing of talent.
Reporting into the Assistant HR Manager and Head of HR the successful applicant will provide a first class recruitment service that will include the advertising of vacancies, internal / external database mining for suitable candidates, administration of applications / recruitment system, communication with candidates / recruitment agencies, arranging tests / interviews / AG recruitment evenings, attendance at career events and also support to the HR department.
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
Recruitment experience and passionate about recruitment
Excellent IT skills including MS office software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Highly professional and presentable
Organised and efficient
Enthusiastic and resilient
Reliable and high degree of confidentiality / integrity
Own Transportation and Full Driving Licence
