Recruitment Administrator - West London
Salary - £26,000
My client is a Housing Association based in West London and they are seeking recruitment administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration experience and looking to move into recruitment.
Coordinate a seamless end to end recruitment service, from the requisition of new vacancies to
Handover of successful candidate details to the People Services Team.
Prepare advert copy, work with hiring managers to produce final drafts, and advertise roles on the
Catalyst website and other media channels.
Liaise with external advertising agencies to ensure their activities provide value for money and check their copy is correct before it’s to posted onto job websites.
Engage with managers at all levels - providing advice and guidance to managers about the recruitment process, advertising channels and timescales.
Support the shortlisting of suitable applications.
Manage, schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and assessment centres, including collating and delivering candidate feedback.
Proactively manage and enhance the candidate experience at all stages of the process, promoting
Catalyst as an employer of choice through excellent customer service and candidate care.
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system.
Manage communication from recruitment agencies or third parties, building strong and trusted relationships that help secure the best candidates for Catalyst, and escalating any issues and challenges to the Recruitment Business Partner. Get involved with negotiating preferential rates and terms & conditions with suppliers and agencies.
Collate, track, and analyse recruitment key performance indicators (KPI’s) and produce monthly reporting.
Collate diversity data and prepare regular reports and updates.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player that thrives on working in a busy fast paced environment. Has the ability to work autonomously and use their initiative. Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage. You would need strong attention to detail and be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
