5 YEARS RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE!
Our client first began providing construction recruitment services in 2004, sourcing candidates for all positions from cadets to executive level professionals. They have forged partnerships with leading contractors both in Australia and across the world, to drive success through selecting the right people.
Their dedicated recruiters have worked within the building and construction industry; understand the characteristics and expertise they require and have an expert eye for matching candidates with the opportunities for them to excel.
You will be working on an existing desk within the construction sector with lots of existing clients and agreements already in place.
This role has an excellent earning potential for the right candidate who is results driven and eager to succeed.
The role will include you working on a property development desk.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the building and construction sector.
For sponsorship, you will need a minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience (if you have a degree) or 5 years (if you don’t have a degree).
If you are aged 30 or under, you will be able to go out to Australia on a Working Holiday Visa initially, where our clients can then sponsor you after a 6-month period.
