Great opportunity for expereinced recruitment consultants!!
If you are reading this, you are probably considering a new role in recruitment. Let's face it, a large amount of recruitment consultant roles are the same. This one is not!
We are recruiting for a company that has 300 staff and has 92% staff retention, the industry average is 65%. This company is looking for a number of experienced recruiters to join their businesses focused on placing senior HR professionals into commerce and industry.
Why is the company like?
This is a highly professional, friendly recruitment business. You will be joining a recruitment company which is a clear market leader in all their key markets, based on number of staff and average fee income per person. They don't have the usual hiring model, they have people in the business who used to lawyers, HR managers and even TV presenters! The theme of the people they hire is all of them are motivated, professional and ethical individuals who take real pride in being a recruitment consultant.
They company does not use KPI's at all. So forget about phone times and endless meetings about how many managers you have phone in the last day. Instead you will have the freedom to recruit in the way that best suits you. You will have a company credit card and you will be encouraged to spend £500 per month on it taking our clients and candidates!
Being a more mature environment, you can expect to have a benefits package which well exceeds the market average!
What will the role be?
The usual requirements of a being a 360 recruitment consultant still apply. You will focused on finding and developing relationships with senior HR candidates and hiring managers, and maximising the opportunity in this market.
This is a warm desk. If you just transacted the existing business you would bill £200k. Obviously they don't someone to just come in do just this! If you really go after the market, with the clients and roles they have in place you could comfortably bill £400k in your second year, meaning you would earn well in excess of £100,000 per year.
This is very much a face to face market, so suits recruitment consultants who like being out of the office!
What is the career progression like:
Career progression at this firm is excellent, you will have the opportunity to move into management or billing. BTW - if you chose the billing route you can still make it to director - which is unheard off elsewhere! Further to this, this company is growing in every major continent - if you want to work in Holland, Germany, USA or Asia within 12 months this would very much be possible.
Who should apply:
This role does require recruitment experience, although this doesn't necessarily have to be HR recruitment. Ideally you would have worked in a mid- senior market in a professional staffing market. Ideally you would have billed £10k a month or more, and have been a 360 recruitment consultant. You must be a professional, ethical recruiter. This a real opportunity to work for a recruitment company which is truly different.
