What will your role be? if you're looking to run one of our temporary desks this could be an ideal opportunity as part of the desk will be established. You will be dealing with a broad range of organisations supplying them with temporary and contract staff: mainly support staff roles. We meet all our clients and interview all our candidates and in each area of the job you will be fully trained. Alongside this you will be working on account development with clients and introducing GY's services to new organisations.
What do you need? a crucial part of success in recruitment is being results focused and having a positive outlook at all times. We always look for these two characteristics alongside the versatility to deal with a wide range of people and different situations. Being available immediately will be a real bonus and an understanding of recruitment or HR will be a huge help.
