You will need to have a structured approach to business development and be an exceptional networker with the ability to nurture relationships at all levels. However, this is not your typical 100 call per day agency, but rather a warmer, consultative sell. The culture is relaxed, professional but business-like with a strong desire for growth. Therefore you need to be a professional, proactive relationship builder who can work well in a non micro-managed environment.
