What you’ll be doing:
Our business thrives on providing an exceptional service to our clients and our candidates, so you’ll be expected to build knowledge in our area of recruitment - Change Management and Business Transformation - and develop relationships with our customers.
As a trainee consultant, you will learn all about our markets and engage with professionals in Change, Programme and Project Management to understand their skills and the roles they are seeking. You will identify the right people for vacancies, developing long and shortlists for Consultants. As your development continues, you will be speaking to people in organisations to understand their business strategy and the people or skills they need to achieve their company goals.
Experienced perm recruiters will help build out our permanent offering, building on the many relationships we have made recruiting interim roles for several years. There are a number of established relationships and great opportunities to bring new business in as well.
Experienced interim recruiters will have the opportunity to work on one of our existing teams and will be given the support required to be successful.
What you’ll need:
