Office Concierge is London’s leading Reception Management Company, we are now seeking an in-house Recruitment Advisor. As an in-house Recruitment Advisor it will be your responsibility to support Office Concierge's recruitment process from start to finish acting as a Brand Ambassador to internal and external clients and candidates. This is a fabulous opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator looking to take that next step in their career.

Administration Working Relationships

  • Managing steady influx of CVs from online applicants and filtering through volume of online CV applications received on daily basis
  • Conducting first stage telephone interviews and inviting successful candidates in for face to face interviews
  • Conducting face to face interviews ensuring comprehensive notes taken and feeding back to team
  • Strong communication skills required both verbal and written
  • Understanding of Microdec Profile RPM system and how to use each system function to ensure accurate process flow day to day
  • Maintaining the current employee database and ensuring any information on file is kept up to date
  • Managing all recruitment spreadsheets, ensuring information is relevant and accurate at the end of each working day
  • Ensuring 'Interview Stats’ report is updated daily and that all pending site progress is accurately noted
  • Ensuring 'Recruitment Leavers’ spread sheet is consistently updated in order to aid Operations with their forward planning and Elite cover projections
  • Responsible for up keep of Recruitment Folders (online & hard copies) ensuring that all Assessment Material and Job Descriptions are updated and archived
  • Ensuring the complete recruitment process is adhered to with great attention
  • Producing, updating and posting online job descriptions and adverts, using current recruitment platforms
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates, including the use of social networks, job boards and other direct sourcing methods
  • Coordinating appointment process for successful applicants by managing meeting room bookings and ensuring all email invites are sent out in a timely manner
  • Making offers of employment and providing feedback to relevant candidates
  • Processing all regret emails on a weekly basis
  • Ensuring notice boards are kept up to date
  • Continuously reviewing current processes to make recommendations for new ideas and ways of working
  • Taking on any ad-hoc administration duties required by wider team
  • Liaising closely with in-house HR department to ensure all internal candidates are being considered and prioritised for necessary roles
  • Liaising closely with Operations to arrange the finer details of any internal candidate interviews/onsite cover as and when needed
  • Liaising closely with Account Managers and Client Services Managers with regards to their live vacancies and working together to fill these as quickly as possible
  • Working with Privée team on any Concierge and Lifestyle recruitment needed within the business
