Recruitment Consultant – Account Management role
A genuine account management position for an experienced recruitment consultant in the City to work with established PSL clients.
The role: You will be working with a team of recruitment consultants which specialises in placing contractors with change management experience into investment banks and asset management firms. These are all established PSL clients and you will have responsibility for handling and filling all the requirements which come through the RPO portals.
The company: A well thought of and successful brand with fantastic offices based in the City. It is a successful recruitment consultancy which covers many vertical recruitment markets. The company is renowned for its investment in infrastructure and training for all its recruitment consultants resulting in a very low staff turnover.
The candidate: You will be an experienced recruitment consultant, preferably with a background in the contract change management recruitment sector. Ideally you will have experienced of portal led financial services recruitment and be able to demonstrate excellent resourcing skills.
The package: The base salary is up to £40k and there is a compelling commission structure which will greatly enhance your earnings potential.
